• We cannot guarantee that following our suggestions will improve your traffic, revenue, or any other metric. They're recommendations, not promises
• You're responsible for deciding whether to act on any suggestion we make. We're a helpful duck, not a business consultant

Using DigestDuck for client work

• DigestDuck is designed for your own projects, websites and apps you own or operate
• You're welcome to use it for client projects, but you take full responsibility for:
  • Deciding if any suggested actions are appropriate
  • Getting any necessary permissions to connect their analytics
  • Any outcomes from implementing our suggestions
  • We're not liable for any impact on your client relationships or their projects

Third-party integrations

• We integrate with analytics platforms like Plausible, Fathom, Simple Analytics, DataFast and Pirsch, and Google Analytics
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any of these companies

What "lifetime" or "forever" means

• When we say "lifetime" or "forever" we mean: for as long as DigestDuck exists and is operational
• We fully intend to keep this running forever. That's the plan
• However, things outside our control (third-party API changes, acts of nature, etc.) could make that impossible
• If we ever need to shut down, we'll give you as much notice as possible and do our best to make it right

Changes to these terms

• We might update these terms occasionally
• If we make significant changes, we'll let you know by email
• Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
